| Decret llei 243/1994. En el moment de l'adopció, el lliurament d'un animal de companyia haurà d'anar acompanyat d'un document de cessió on constin les dades del centre donant, les dades de l'animal, el compromís de la persona que adopta l'animal de responsabilitzar-se de l'animal adoptat i les despeses de prevenció sanitària, d'identificació i d'esterilització. En cas de que l'animal, per quelsevol circunstància no estigues esterilitzat, la persona adoptant es compromet a no posar cap inconvenient per portar-la a terme, en cas contrari l'A.P.A Rodamon actuaria en consequéncia retirant l'animal.
